In which cases can I exchange or return an item?

It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused, otherwise no change or return can be made. The products have to be sent with the original packaging, becoming your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive in perfect condition. If the items are not received in perfect condition, we will not be able to process the return.

What do I have to do to manage my return?
